The Ida Benderson Seniors Action Group (IBSAG) is a community of seniors and allies in Syracuse, New York, working to open a new senior center downtown, keep our community together, and raise awareness of issues that older people face.

  • Protest at Centro's New Bus Hub
    Many thanks to the IBSAG members and allies who were attend to participate in the protest of the new Centro bus hub on August 24! The bus hub not only does not meet its promise of exceeding ADA requirements, but fails to meet them. A few of the many concerns include inadequate amounts of seating and problems with signage.
